Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

We primarily ship via Canada Post, with tracking included whenever possible. If Canada Post service is disrupted, we may use alternate carriers such as UPS or FedEx.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out.
